Jun
Gu is a Portfolio Manager at Stavis & Cohen Financial with ten
years of investment experience. Previously, Ms. Gu was a financial
journalist at a Chinese newspaper headquartered in Shanghai, where she
covered consumer sector and conducted interviews with many Fortune 500 C
-Suite executives.
Ms.
Gu holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute &
the CFA Society of Houston. Ms. Gu received an MBA from Rice University
with concentrations in Finance & Accounting and a B.A. in
Journalism from Fudan University in China.

Steven Sheldon, CFA
Steven is a Director and Senior
Wealth Advisor with Mariner Wealth Advisors. Steven has more than 20
years of professional finance experience. Prior to joining Mariner
Wealth Advisors, he was principal of SMS Capital Management, LLC, a
boutique wealth management firm he founded in 2002, to serve the needs
of business owners, corporate executives, professionals and
mass-affluent households.
Steven holds an MBA from Tulane
University and a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) from The

Treasurer / Secretary Giovanna Carter, CFA
Giovanna Carollo Carter is a Principal at the Duncan Family
Office. Previously she was an Investment Manager at Martin Currie Investment
Management in Edinburgh, UK. She also held a variety of roles in investment
management at Credit Suisse, Karrig Strategic Capital, Lehman Brothers, Collins
Stewart and Unicredit, in London, UK, and Milan, Italy. Ms. Carter received an MBA from London Business School in London, UK,
and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University
in Milan, Italy. Ms. Carter holds the CFA and CAIA designations.

Director Lee Partridge, CFA
Lee
Partridge is a private investor with over 25 years of investment
experience. Mr. Partridge served as the Chief Investment Officer of
Salient Partners from December 2010 through October 2016. Previously,
Mr. Partridge founded Integrity Capital to provide outsourced CIO
services to public pension systems. He also held positions as the Deputy
CIO and Director of Fixed Income for the Teacher Retirement System.
During his early career, Mr. Partridge served in a variety of portfolio
and risk management roles within the banking and insurance industries.
Mr. Partridge
holds the CFA and CAIA designations and received an MBA from Rice
University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston.

Director
Mahesh Desai is a financial advisor, Registered Principal with SagePoint Financial Inc. and has been in the CPA practice in Houston since 1993. He has also served as a Senior Financial Services Executive at MetLife from 1993 to 2013. During his association with MetLife, he was involved in insurance, retirement and asset management businesses and oversaw business development, product management and marketing activities for the company's agencies. He was also responsible for overseeing financial reporting, planning, and expense management for the agencies.
Before he moved to the USA in 1993, he worked as an accountant and financial controller at Indian Oil Corporation, a fortune 500 Corporation. He also worked as a Public Accountant during his study of Chartered Accountancy in India and CPA in USA. Additionally, he conducted internal, system and financial audits of large manufacturing, banking and insurance clients and directed audit staff and audit programs. During his career he had various roles involving: strategic and tactical planning, business development, human relations, accounting, auditing, finance, and risk and investment management fields in the USA and internationally. He also participates in volunteer activities hosted by the CFA Institute.
Mr. Desai is CFA Charter holder, CPA, CFP, Chartered Accountant and holds Master’s Degree in Accounting & Commerce from the Maharaja Sayajirao University- India. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, registrations.

John is a Partner of Eagle Global Advisors and
has 25 years of investment experience. He serves as Co-Chairman of the
International Investment Committee, oversees the firm’s trading operations, is
a Portfolio Manager, and is also a member of the investment committees for the
firm’s strategies. Prior to joining Eagle, John was employed by Eagle
Management & Trust Company and as director of research for Continental
Intervest.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics
from the University of Texas and an MBA from Rice University. John holds the
Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute
and CFA Society of Houston.

Jason Leder is Chief Investment Officer of Leder Fiduciary Capital LLC and has 28 years of investment experience. Previously, Jason Leder had been a Portffolio Manager with the Invesco/Van Kampen Value Opportunities Fund and with the Invesco/Van Kampen Comstock Fund. At both Invesco and at Van Kampen, Mr. Leder served as Senior Portfolio Manager and as Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Leder served as a Securities Analyst at Salomon Brothers, Fidelity Management and Research, Gabelli & Company, and Austin, Calvert, and Flavin. Mr. Leder is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston. Mr. Leder holds a CFA designation. Mr. Leder earned a M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and a B.B.A. degree in Finance with a concentration in Accounting at the University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from St. John’s School in Houston.

Director Dr. Joe Ueng, CFA Joe Ueng, is a professor of finance at the University of St. Thomas (UST) in Houston. He has been the chair of the department of economics and finance in the Cameron School of Business at UST since 2006. Before moved to the U.S. in 1989, Dr. Ueng worked as a financial advisor in Taipei, Taiwan. His current research interests include corporate governance, international investment, and mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Ueng revived the B.S. degree in physics from National Central University in Taiwan and his Ph.D. degree in finance from St. Louis University. Dr. Ueng is the Cullen Foundation Chair of Finance at the University of St. Thomas and also a chartered financial analyst (CFA).
