Reminder:

Compensation Survey Results are In!

These survey results contain a wealth of information about salaries, incentive pay, and other compensation for many different positions and education / experience levels in the financial industry.  As you evaluate your current compensation package, discuss the topic with potential new employers, or look to be competitive in the effort to attract new talent to your firm, this data could be invaluable in achieving a great outcome for all parties.

In addition, please take a look at the new Consolidated Report incorporating nearly 3,000 responses from all 20 CFA Societies that participated in the most recent compensation survey.  You'll find information on salary ranges, education, experience, and other factors broken down for 10 different market areas.

CFA Society Indianapolis is excited to release the results of our 2016 Financial Compensation Survey.  This in-depth look at compensation levels in our area was conducted with tremendous help from CFA Society Minnesota.

The reports summarize high-level survey findings in an easy-to-read format.  Feel free to share these reports with anyone who may benefit from it, including colleagues, hiring managers, professors, and so forth.  Also, if you sent this survey to anyone not involved with CFA Society Indianapolis, please forward this message to them, as we have no way to track who took the survey (it was completely anonymous).

In 2018, we hope to expand the survey to include a regional report with results from neighboring cities such as Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville.  Thank you for your interest, and continued involvement with CFA Indy!  Please contact us with any questions or feedback.
