History

The CFA Society of Minnesota was founded in 1952 and operated as the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts until the early 2000's when we adopted the name and branding of CFA Institute.  The CFA Society of Minnesota is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization.

The society is a member of the CFA Institute. The CFA Society of Minnesota is the 15th largest society of analysts among the 140 member societies and affiliates worldwide.
