Are you planning to take a CFA exam in June 2014 or December 2014?
Consider applying for a 2014 CFA Program Access Scholarship!
Application Deadline: 15 September, 2013
CFA Institute is making available a needs-based scholarship opportunity for those unable to afford the full price of the CFA Program enrollment and registration fees. In collaboration with CFA Society North Carolina and other member societies around the world, Access Scholarships will be awarded for the 2014 exam cycle [June 2014 (all levels) and December 2014 (Level 1 only)]. Access scholarship awards reduce CFA Program enrollment and exam registration fees to $250, including the CFA Program eBook. For the June 2014 exam, scholarships are awarded for all three levels of the exam.
To complete your application for an Access Scholarship you must:
1. Send a current copy of your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put 2014 Scholarship Application Resume in the subject line.
2. If you are employed, submit a letter from your manager or human resources office indicating that you will not receive company reimbursement for CFA expenses. If you are not employed, please indicate this in your response. Send your letter of reimbursement or statement of employment to email@example.com. Please put 2014 Scholarship Employment Letter in the subject line.
3. Complete the application at the CFA Institute site located at http://www.cfainstitute.org/programs/cfaprogram/register/Pages/cfa_access_scholarships.aspx
All applications will be thoroughly reviewed and CFA Institute will notify candidates of awards on or before 6 December, 2013. We wish all of the candidates in North Carolina much success on the exams in 2014 and look forward to providing additional opportunities for scholarships in the future to assist candidates in earning their CFA Charter.
