The second instalment of the Diversity and Inclusion Now webinar series focusing on Experiences and Actions

With Nerina Visser, CFA, President of CFA Society South Africa who will share the findings from the lived experience survey and reflect on the personal experiences of people of colour and women in the South African investment industry.

Investment firm leaders; Thabo Khojane, Managing Director at Ninety One SA and Diane Radley, Non-executive director and former CEO, Old Mutual Investment Group will also share their perspectives with diversity & inclusion expert, Nene Molefi, CEO & Owner of Mandate Molefi Human Resource Consultancy will provide practical advice.

  • Increase the number of women who join the profession and earn the CFA® charter ​​


 Women’s Scholarship Programme

As a society we continue to support and promote initiatives for women in the investment management through, mentorship, networking opportunities and the CFA Institute's Women Scholarship Programme.

This scholarship is available to women around the world who are interested in earning the CFA charter and who do not qualify for other CFA Institute scholarships. Women working in the investment management industry are encouraged to apply: ​
