Event Description

EMEA Leveraged Finance & CLOs: Current State of Play

A lower for longer interest rate environment has lead to a strong debt leveraging trend over the past years. The significant liquidity provided by Central Banks since the Great Recession meant credit investors searching for yield were forced to accept light or no covenants, creative Ebitda add-backs and lower returns.

As the current crisis is spreading through the corporate world, leverage finance markets and and CLO structures are likely to face challenging times.

How has the credit quality of the EMEA Leveraged Finance and CLO markets have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic?

As part of this webinar, Moody's experts will share their views on the prospects for Leveraged Finance and CLO Markets and the expected consequences for investors, including rating actions due to coronavirus, credit quality impact, defaults and recoveries expectations, and documentation trends.

The conference will be held in English but questions in French are welcome.
