Carole Gintz is an Associate Managing Director in the EMEA Structured Finance Group. Carole's responsibilities include the new ratings activity for European Corporate Securitisation transactions. As such, Carole is responsible for the rating assignment of a wide range of newly issued transactions backed by corporate assets including CLOs, SME securitisations and ABCP. Prior to taking the responsibility for the EMEA Corporate Securitisation team in 2016, Carole managed the rating surveillance activity of ABS in EMEA.
Carole is a member of the Moody's Standing Committee on Rating Symbols and Definitions which is in charge of defining Moody's various ratings symbols, rating scales and other ratings-related definitions. This appointment recognizes her extensive experience in the credit and rating process gained through the 20 years Carole's has been with Moody's.
Before joining Moody's, Carole completed her Master in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. She also holds a master degree in Applied Mathematics from Université Paris Dauphine.
is a Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody's Investors Service in Paris. He primarily covers European Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDOs) but also works on Asset Backed Commercial Paper as well as in ABS transactions backed by tariff deficit receivables.
Prior to joining Moody's in January 2017, Tanguy spent 15 year with Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in various positions, including as a CDO & CLO structurer before moving to a senior portfolio manager position in the distressed assets group in charge of the legacy structured credit assets.
Tanguy holds a BA in Economics from INSEEC - MBA Institute, Paris.

Guillaume also supports the development of the corporate franchise in France by participating in new issuer meetings and executing new mandates.
Since joining the corporate finance team, Guillaume has been
participating in the credit analysis of EMEA automotive and truck manufacturers and was also involved in the retail and manufacturing industries.
Guillaume joined Moody's in 2007 as an associate analyst in London within the Financial Institution Group (FIG), where he supported the French and Benelux FIG team until August 2013, with a particular expertise on French mutualist banking groups.
Guillaume holds a MSc in Banking and Financial Engineering from Toulouse Business School. He is fluent in English and French.

Fabrizio was a Senior Analyst at PGIM where he covered a diverse portfolio of high yield credits across the cable, telecom and technology industries as well as in the chemicals, oil & gas and transport sectors.
He started his career in leveraged finance in the Leveraged Debt Origination team at Deutsche Bank in London in 2001. Prior to this he worked in derivatives risk management at CIBC World Markets and corporate finance at Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada.
Fabrizio holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the London Business School as well as M.A. and B.A. degrees in Economics from the University of Toronto.
