​Please join us for a panel discussion on estate planning with two of the areas most experienced and respected attorneys, David Stallings and Les Williams.  Given their different perspectives, you will hear about drafting documents and implementing plans.  The current environment for estate planning is fraught with uncertainty, but there are actions to be considered today.  The panelists will be prepared to discuss advanced wealth transfer techniques, such as SLAT’s, GRAT’s, and charitable planning.  We will have ample time for questions, so bring up planning topics that are of interest to you.
