The Healthcare sector has been under pressure for the majority of 2025 and is slated to underperform the market for the third year in a row. With most relative valuation metrics close to 30 year lows, a few of the bigger questions facing the sector are whether the decline is secular or cyclical and have specific industries within the sector gone ex-growth? With the above stated and despite the policy uncertainties created by Washington, the long term growth drivers for the sector remain in place including aging demographics, rising acuity levels and emerging therapeutics that have the potential to move society closer to functional cures for a number of disease states.
