This Privacy Policy has been developed as an extension of Canadian Advocacy Council's commitment to combine quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with the public, Members and candidates.

Scope

This Policy guides how Canadian Advocacy Council collects, stores and uses information which is collected by Canadian Advocacy Council or provided to Canadian Advocacy Council, whether through our websites or by other methods such as applications, enrollments, registrations, orders or other means. This Policy covers all of Canadian Advocacy Council's websites. This statement does not cover non-Canadian Advocacy Council websites that are linked to Canadian Advocacy Council websites.

Automatic Collection of Information

CFA Institute and other societies, which may send you information about products and services they offer other companies and organizations that have products or services that we believe may be of interest to you companies which process your credit card if you order our materials as required by applicable laws or regulations By becoming a Member of Canadian Advocacy Council you also allow Canadian Advocacy Council to release your personal information to individuals and entities which order Canadian Advocacy Council's Membership Directory.

If you register for a password, Canadian Advocacy Council will transmit that information to the companies which administer the Canadian Advocacy Council websites to allow you to access those sites.

Canadian Advocacy Council will not be able to fulfill some requests if Canadian Advocacy Council is not able to release your personal information to a third party.
