Event Driven Investing and the Impacts of a Changing Regulatory Landscape
Since
the Trump administration came into office there has been a significant
change in the approach regulators have taken to mergers and
acquisitions. This presentation explores the building blocks of event
driven investing, how these factors have been influenced by the Trump
administration and how best to navigate this new environment.
