The media landscape is changing, and
video games now represent the largest form of entertainment globally. As of
2019, global gaming revenues exceeded that of the global box office and music
industries combined. Games revenues are expected to surpass $190 billion by
2022, and as playing video games become increasingly popular, interest in

Will is the CEO and Co-Founder of
Roundhill Investments, a NY-based registered investment advisor and ETF
sponsor. Roundhill entered the ETF market in June 2019, launching the first
pure-play esports and digital entertainment ETF (NYSE: NERD). Before founding
Roundhill in 2018, Will served as the Head Trader with Yorkville Capital
Management, where he traded the firm’s long/short equity fund and separate
accounts, in addition to developing and maintaining a suite of 20+ custom
indexes. Prior to his Head Trader role, Will was with Yorkville ETF Advisors,
where he was instrumental in the creation and growth of two NYSE-listed ETFs by
