How Women Communicate and How to Improve Based on Tara Mohr's book Playing Big with Jennifer Cohen, Ratliff & Taylor
Come learn with our guest facilitator, Jennifer Cohen, SVP Leadership
Development at Ratliff &Taylor, as we explore what happens when
women PLAY BIG and let their brilliance shine! As prework, you are
encouraged to read Tara Mohr’s book, Playing Big, and learn about her
“10 Rules for Brilliant Women.” During our virtual session Jennifer
will explore key points from the book with a focus on Chapter 8,
“Communicating with Power” which provides excellent advice (based on
research) on overcoming gender-based communication obstacles and how to
enhance your overall communication impact. This program will leverage
multiple virtual engagement strategies including polls, whiteboarding,
small group breakout room conversations and large group conversation to
keep you involved and present. See you there!
