Global Distribution Learning Manager
Grundfast is an assistant vice president and global distribution
learning manager at MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he
is responsible both for working with the firm's distribution leadership
team to set the overall learning strategy that supports of our business
objectives — and for leading the team that executes that strategy.
joined MFS in 2016 as a senior global distribution training consultant
before assuming his current role in 2018. He previously worked at Putnam
Investments as a regional marketing director and external wholesaler
for five years and as a hybrid wholesaler for two years. While at
Putnam, he served on the social media and technology committees and as a
national speaker for the company, presenting on the utilization of
technology and social media to grow businesses.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in media communications from Mount Ida College.
