Debbie Cugel, CFA®, is a Portfolio Manager in Glenmede's Ohio office. In this role, she is responsible for providing investment advice, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Ms. Cugel partners with advisory, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients' wealth management objectives are fulfilled.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Cugel was a Director and Portfolio Manager for Gradison McDonald Asset Management, where she managed portfolios for individuals and institutions and served as Chairperson of the stock selection committee. She has also held several investment positions with KeyBank and its predecessor banks, including Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Private Asset Management group.
Ms. Cugel received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in economics from Miami University of Ohio, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Ms. Cugel is a past President and Program Chair of the CFA Society of Cleveland and currently serves on the Board. She is a member of the CFA Institute, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and serves on the investment committee for the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging.
Peggy Roberts joined Riverside in 2004 and is currently Managing Partner of the Riverside Capital Appreciation Fund (“RCAF”), a lower middle market private equity fund executing control equity buyouts of companies valued up to $400 million. Prior to joining Riverside, Ms. Roberts was in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. and Robertson Stephens Inc. in San Francisco, after earning her MBA with distinction from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. Prior to earning her MBA, Ms. Roberts worked as a consultant in the Washington, DC office of Accenture. She holds a BS from Georgetown University. Ms. Roberts is on the Board of Trustees for the Hathaway Brown School, where she serves on the Investment Committee and Finance Committee. She is chair of the Stewardship Committee and a member of the Finance Committee for Fairmount Presbyterian Church.
Jennifer Wong, CFA® is a Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s Private Investments team. In this role, Ms. Wong works on investment selection and portfolio management across fund investments, secondaries, co-investments and directs, focusing on impact-oriented investments. Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Wong was a Health Financing Specialist with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and seconded to the Ministries of Health of Malawi and Liberia. Ms. Wong began her career in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Ms. Wong serves as Board Chair for One for the World, an effective altruism organization, and on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Health Partnership and the Wharton Impact Investing Partners.
Ms. Wong received her Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
