We had a great first meeting, thanks to all who attended. If you missed it, no worries. We just covered the prerequisites section of the book that covers downloading the sample data from Github, downloading Python and the text editor, and introduced ourselves.

There are 8 chapters in the book and we will cover 1 chapter every two weeks, except for our next meeting where we will cover both chapters 1&2. Chapter 1 is fairly introductory and isn't in depth enough to warrant a full 2 weeks to cover.
