How You Show Up – Your Signature Presence!
Join us for our June program that will feature a presentation with Jennifer Cohen, SVP of Leadership Development as she explores critical elements connected to creating our Signature Presence (a.k.a. Executive Presence). As leaders or aspiring leaders at any level, our challenge is how we have IMPACT– impact on the people around us to do their best, to achieve goals and results, and to work well together. That impact is shaped by the way we show up – our Signature Presence – that includes appearance, how we speak, how we embody confidence, and how we engage in a manner that creates credibility and impact. We, as leaders, need to have a strong and intentional presence in every encounter that has been made only more challenging as we learn to navigate in our virtual and hybrid work environments.
