Mario J. Gabelli is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GAMCO Investors, Inc. and LICT Corp. He is Executive Chairman of Associated Capital Group, Inc.
Mr. Gabelli is a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia University Graduate School of Business and the Board of Trustees of Roger Williams University and he is a Trustee Associate of Boston College.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Policy Association, American-Italian Cancer Foundation and the Foundation for Italian Art & Culture. He is a Trustee of the Winston Churchill Foundation of the United States and the E. L. Wiegand Foundation.
Mr. Gabelli is a summa cum laude graduate of Fordham University and holds an MBA degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Roger Williams University and Fordham University.
Donald Schneider, Piper Sandler
Donald Schneider is currently the Deputy Head of US Policy at Piper Sandler. Previously, he was a member of the US policy research team at Cornerstone Macro. Before entering the private sector, Schneider served as Chief Economist for the House Committee on Ways and Means under Chairmen Brady and Ryan. During his tenure at Ways and Means he helped to craft the 2017 tax reform legislation and worked on numerous other bills including BBA15, BBA18, and the FAST Act (the infrastructure bill preceding IIJA). Schneider was also charged with handling the debt limit and a broad range of budgetary and economic issues. Schneider also served under Chairman Ryan at the House Budget Committee where he contributed to the Chairman’s anti-poverty and upward mobility agenda.
Schneider received a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of Charleston.
