Barbara works with high net worth investors, both individuals and families. Barbara is also a researcher and writer on issues around women and financial literacy, and published the fifth installment of her Rich Thinking series on International Women's Day in March, 2015.
As part of her work on issues of interest to women, Barbara has a bi-weekly newspaper column on women and money in over 30 newspapers across Canada, reaching over 2 million Canadians in all major markets. Céline Fernandez - Vice President, Head of Sales Southern Europe - S&P Capital IQ.
Céline joined Standard & Poor's in September 1999, when she was responsible for the business development of ratings research and information services to the financial community, into French-speaking countries in Europe. She now manages a team of 22 Sales and Account Management staff in 3 locations (Paris, Milan, Madrid) operating throughout the wider Southern Europe region.
Céline joined S&P from Thomson Financial in London, where she was responsible for Sales across Continental Europe for the Bankwatch division, providing global bank rating information to the financial community. Previously, she also worked with a Derivatives trading system software house in London, and served some years with Bloomberg Financial (London) providing training and Sales Support into Iberia and Scandinavia.
In addition, Céline is a Board Member in the global McGraw-Hill group women's network, WINS - Women's Initiative for Networking and Success, where she leads a number of initiatives.
Olga Jordão, Vice President, Global Relationship Executive, State Street
Olga Jordão is a Vice President in State Street's Global Relationship Management group. She is responsible for managing global client strategy and alignment, thought leadership and product delivery oversight spanning all of State Street's business lines and geographic locations.
Olga has more than 20 years of experience in servicing institutional investors in the financial services sector. A Portuguese national, she was raised and spent most of her life in Luxembourg where she started her career at Gemina Europe Bank. She joined State Street Bank Luxembourg in 1993 and relocated to State Street Banque Paris in 2005.
Olga has vast experience in Operations, Project Management, Client Onboarding, Product Management and Business Development, spanning the Middle Office, Custody, Fund Administration and Transfer Agency areas. She also implemented and led the State Street Global Inclusion initiative in Luxembourg and in France.
Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English & German) from the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne and a MBA from TRIUM (HEC, New York University, London School of Economics). She also serves on the board of the PWN Global Federation, a network of over 3,000 professionals focused on collaboratively advancing women in leadership.
Patricia Donnelly, CFA - Head of Consultant Services - BNP Paribas Investment Partners
Patricia has been president of CFA Society France from 2009 until 2012. prior to this election, she was an active member of the society ever since obtaining her Charter in 2002. In 2003 she assumed responsibility for Candidates which she has maintained ever since. She was subsequently Secretary and Vice President before being elected President.
Patricia joined the BNP Paribas group in 1997 and became head of the RFP team in 2000. In 2003 she was named head of the Client Services team, which she created, and since early 2010 she has been head of Consultant Services. Prior to joining the BNP Paribas group she spent 15 years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co's Paris office where she held various positions in client service and sales support.
