Event Description

We are excited to invite you to our first Career Series event of the Fall.

These events are dedicated to experienced professionals, wishing to progress in their careers.

3 recognized professionals in a specific sector or asset class will be present as well as a recruiter to give you insight on the job market.

This is an opportunity for you to understand the dynamics of the private asset class, the specific profiles as well as professionals' expectations.

Please note: this event will be held in French and English.

Given the current sanitary conditions, this interactive session will be limited to 15 seats only. Masks are mandatory during the entire event as well as keeping a 1-meter distance from each other.

Due to the limited capacity, we ask that only those who have a strong interest register for this event.

Clémence Clédat, is an Engagement Manager within the Paris office of Heidrick & Struggles. She is a member of the Global Financial Services Practice and is specialized in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Corporate Strategy & Development.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Clémence worked at another global Executive Search firm, focusing on Financial Services.

Clémence graduated from French Business School ESCP Europe. She is fluent in French and English.

Marc Kaadi, CFA, is a Principal at S.O Capital Advisors, a full-service private equity fundraising, secondaries, placement and M&A advisory firm.

Previously in Business Development at AXA Investment Managers, he also worked at Bluetower Associates a London-based private equity placement agency. He began his career at Bank of America in New York in portfolio management, portfolio consulting, and finally, as a relationship manager.

Charterholder since 2012, Marc has been volunteering for CFA Society France for the past 6 years, and serves as a Board Member and Candidates Committee Chair. He earned a finance degree from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2006.

Alexandra Pailhes, CFA, started her career in the financial services industry at SP Capital IQ in London. She then joined the Private Equity team at Aviva Investeors as an investment analyst in both London and Paris.  

She is currently working as Private Equity Manager investing and managing PE/VC Funds portfolio at CNP Assurances.

Alexandra is an active member of CFA Society France since 2013, working with the Candidates and Volunteers Committee. She has proposed and built the Career Mentoring program for CFA Society France. 

Antoine Parmentier joined PAI in 2011 as a member of the Investor Team.

He started his career at Willis where he spent 2 years conducting risk & insurance due diligence on European private equity and corporate transactions. He then worked for the Private Funds Group of PineBridge Investments (formerly AIG Investments) in London and New York, where he was in charge of recommending new commitments and monitoring a portfolio of European buyout funds investments.

Antoine graduated in Business from Skema Business School (Ceram Sophia Antipolis campus) and holds a Master's Degree in European Business Law from University Paris V. He is fluent in French and English, and conversational in Spanish and Portuguese.
