Linda Chaffin, Managing Director, H.I.G. Capital Credit Team

Linda Chaffin is a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. She focuses across H.I.G.’s credit strategies, including U.S. and European direct lending and opportunistic credit.

Linda brings more than 20 years of experience across private markets and investment banking. Prior to joining H.I.G., she was a Managing Director at NXT Capital, where she led global capital raising and investor relations activities. Her prior experience includes roles at Pathway Capital Management, GE Capital, J.P. Morgan Chase’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group, and Huntington National Bank.

Linda earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness and hiking, game nights, and spending time with family and friends.
