Natalie Masin, CPA/ABV, CFA, CDFA, is the founder of Masin Advisory Group LLC, where she specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses across transaction, litigation, and family-law contexts. She holds the CPA credential with the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation - a combination spanning the accounting, capital-markets, and family-law dimensions her work brings together. Her practice regularly supports deal counsel, family-law counsel, and business owners on the financial questions that decide outcomes: quality of earnings, purchase-price and working-capital disputes, business valuation, community-property analysis, and goodwill.
