Peter Stone
Mr. Stone is a Managing Director in the firm’s Dallas office focused on investing in commercial real estate and heads Fortress’s investments in healthcare real estate. Since joining Fortress in 2005, Mr. Stone has originated and managed over 50 transactions totaling over $2.5 billion. His investments included controlling and non-controlling equity and mortgage/mezzanine debt for commercial real estate transactions. The investments span across various stages of development, redevelopment and repositioning of real estate assets. Investment property types include: healthcare, office, residential, hospitality, retail, industrial, agricultural and stadiums/arenas. Prior to joining Fortress Investment Group, Mr. Stone was with Katonah Capital as Portfolio Manager managing a $300 million portfolio of investments in commercial real estate, hotels/lodging, and technology.
AnaMaria Fratila, CFA
Ms. Fratila is Managing Director based in Dallas in Fortress’s Corporate Debt and Securities Group. Ms. Fratila is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of public and private debt, along with equity investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Fortress in 2004, Ms. Fratila was a senior accountant in the Financial Services Office of Ernst & Young in New York, where she was responsible for the auditing of hedge funds, private equity and insurance clients. Ms. Fratila attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Masters in Professional Accounting. Ms. Fratila is a CFA® charter holder and was previously a licensed CPA in New York.
