第4回目のキャリアイベントとして、女性シニアリーダーによるパネルディスカッション及びネットワーキングイベントを開催いたします。日本および海外の金融業界等で長年ご活躍されたシニアリーダー3名(※)をお招きし、パネルディスカッション及びネットワーキング形式にて、キャリアデザインのヒントとインスピレーションを共有する好機となれば幸いです。

Natsumi Akita
Senior Managing Corporate Executive

Natsumi Akita is a Senior Managing Corporate Executive at Mizuho Financial Group, where she serves as Group Chief Culture Officer (CCuO) and Group Chief Branding Officer (CBO). In these roles, she focuses on shaping corporate culture, strengthening internal branding, and enhancing organizational engagement across the group.
Natsumi spent nearly two decades in financial services with Mitsubishi, Citibank, HSBC, and Mastercard before transitioning to the technology sector. In 2017, she joined Adobe as Senior Director, and the following year was promoted to Vice President, overseeing marketing and communications. She returned to the financial industry in 2022 as Mizuho’s Group Chief People Officer, responsible for human capital management and employee engagement. Later that year, her responsibilities expanded to include the newly created role of Group Chief Culture Officer. Throughout these transitions, she has placed emphasis on applying principles of communication and branding to internal culture.
Natsumi often visits branch offices, holding direct conversations with employees to understand their perspectives and aspirations. She has also revitalized Mizuho’s alumni network, significantly increasing participation and building new channels for connection between current and former employees.
Natsumi studied economics at the University of Tokyo and earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Natalie Gill

Natalie Gill joined PGIM in November 2022 as Head of Global DEI Strategy & Industry Engagement. She is responsible for driving the continued evolution of PGIM’s global culture and inclusion strategy, with a focus on supporting the needs of clients, developing global research and thought leadership, and partnering with industry bodies to effect change across the sector. In addition, Natalie has regional leadership responsibility for PGIM’s culture and inclusion programs across EMEA & APAC.
Natalie is often called upon as an expert speaker at industry events by organizations including Power 100, Women in Economics Society, Association of Real Estate Funds and Association for Financial Markets in Europe. Natalie co-authored DEI thought leadership with the UK Government Equalities Office and the London School of Economics. Natalie has recently been appointed to the Board of The Diversity Project UK, a community interest company focused on creating a more inclusive investment and savings industry to deliver the best possible financial outcomes for clients. This cross-company initiative includes over 108 member firms, representing more than £13 trillion in assets under management (AUM) and over 85,000 employees across the UK. Natalie has also previously served on the Board of Women in Banking & Finance.
Prior to PGIM, Natalie held senior DEI roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and Santander UK. Natalie has had a varied career, with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector across treasury, market infrastructure relations and regulatory reform, working at Goldman Sachs & Deutsche Bank. Natalie holds a degree in economics and business management from Newcastle University, specializing in economics of inequality and poverty, and development economics.

Since 2005,Chunmei Huang has consistently engaged in principal investments in Shinsei Bank Group (now SBI Shinsei Bank Group) and built private equity career covering venture investment, buyout investment, fund investment etc.
She has also performed as a member of multiple funds’ investment committee, board director and/or corporate supervisor for portfolio companies including listed companies and funds’ general partner. She setup the impact investment team and launched the “Childcare Support Fund”, the first Japanese banking group impact investment fund in 2017, followed by the second fund “HATARAKU Fund” in 2019. After leaving Shinsei in January 2024, Chunmei started Impact Capital Limited. The company launched Impact Capital I Fund, a new impact investment fund pursuing people’s well-being in May 2024.
Chunmei is also Board Member of GSG(Global Steering Group for Impact Investment)Impact JAPAN, visiting researcher of Center for Social Investment (now Center for Sustainability Management) of Tama University, vice-chair of GSG Impact JAPAN’s “Impact IPO Working Group”, vice-chair of the Financial Services Agency’s “Impact Consortium Market Research & Formation Subcommittee”, board director of CaiTech inc. etc.
Chunmei is the Board Director of CFA Society of Japan from 2019 in charge of Advocacy Committee activities.
Chunmei received B.A. in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and MBA from Kobe University. She is also a CFA Charter holder and AICPA of Delaware, USA. She had been awarded as “Woman of the Year 2019” by Nikkei Woman.
