Before joining Al Arabi Investment Group as the Head of Asset Management, Qutaiba worked for Jordinvest as Vice President/Head of Capital Markets & Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing the proprietary portfolio in addition to numerous clients' discretionary portfolios. Prior to that, he worked in Mobilecom (Currently Orange) as the Senior Treasurer, and earlier in his career, Qutaiba worked in the Department of Commercial Foreign Trade at the Arab Bank. In 2005, Qutaiba earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is currently a member of CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, and the Vice President of CFA Society Jordan. He is currently also the Head of the Refereeing Committee for the Jordan Squash Federation.
Qutaiba holds a BA degree in business administration and finance; an MBA from Southampton University, England; and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the Henley Business School (formerly ICMA Centre), Reading University, England.
