Jamie Ziegler Biography:
Jamie Ziegler is a nationally recognized expert in leadership development, consulting and coaching for investment leaders, with more than 30 years of experience. She pioneered the industry use of a powerful emotional intelligence (EQ) tool called the Enneagram with her colleague, Jim Ware (Focus Consulting Group), more than a dozen years ago. The Enneagram helps leaders and their teams improve self-awareness, collaboration and productivity by revealing their strengths, weaknesses and blind spots, and providing a clear road map for improvement. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is also co-author of "Type, Talent and Teams: Using the Enneagram for Investment Firm Success," and "High Performing Investment Teams (Wiley, 2006)." Before launching her consulting business in 2003, Jamie served for ten years as senior vice president of global marketing for Northern Trust Global Investments, a period when assets under management rose from $80 billion to $600 billion. Earlier, she served as director of marketing at Stein Roe & Farnham for seven years. Jamie began her career as a mutual fund analyst and has also co-authored books and other publications on mutual fund investing. Jamie holds an MBA, Finance, from DePaul University and a BA, English, from the University of Notre Dame.
