CFA Society Madison has extended an invitation to
CFA Society Milwaukee to join them for Using Enneagram for Improved Communication with Jamie Zielgler.
If you found team communication to be difficult during the pandemic, you are not alone. There's nothing like an extended shut-down (or multiple shut-downs) to test your resilience, your adaptability and your relationship skills. The key to managing through a year like 2020 lies in your level of emotional intelligence – the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, understand others' emotions and manage relationships. The Enneagram, a powerful tool for emotional intelligence, provides a clear map of the nine ways people prefer to think, feel and act. In this session, Jamie will show you how to use the Enneagram to improve your own self-awareness and your communication style, which will support teamwork, decision-making and conflict resolution. We hope you will join us for what promises to be a fascinating journey through our types.
