Jacob Fink, CFA is an Investment Data Analyst at Artisan Partners. Previously, he was the head trader and a junior analyst for 1492 Capital Management. Jacob also recently served as the head equity trader for Ziegler Capital Management, a several billion dollar investment advisory firm with separate account, mutual and exchange traded fund investment products. Jacob had primary responsibility for trading these strategies. He was also responsible for conducting investment research related to some of these products, performing statistical analysis and calculating performance attribution. While employed at Ziegler, Jacob also provided investment manager due diligence for their Wealth Management division's managed account platform. He also worked as part of the investment research team for the Ziegler private equity group.
Mr. Fink holds a B.S. in Business Economics from Wisconsin Lutheran College, and a Master's Degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University. He received his CFA designation in 2010.

Peter Speidel, CFA, CAIA is an investment analyst with Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC, where he evaluates investment managers and oversees the investment communications for asset allocation mutual fund products. Additionally, he is responsible for conducting market and economic research. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Previously, Mr. Speidel worked as a product manager at Wells Capital Management and as a research analyst at an investment consulting firm. He has worked in the investment industry since 2006. In addition, he holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Wisconsin Lutheran College and a graduate degree in applied economics from Marquette University Graduate School of Management. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of CFA Society Milwaukee and CFA Institute.

William (Will) Schoyer, CFA has spent his entire career career in the financial services industry, primarily working for and with asset management firms. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in the Spring of 2017, he worked as a Managing Director, Corporate Strategy & Development, at Nuveen Investments and as an Executive Director focused on corporate development and other strategic initiatives at Madison Investment Advisors. Mr. Schoyer previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on transactions in the investment management and wealth management industries. He gained additional asset management experience at Polen Capital Management and Invesco, and additional investment banking experience at Putnam Lovell and Grail Partners. He holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the Harvard Business Schoyer. Mr. Schoyer also serves on several non-profit boards, advisory boards and investment committees.
Katherine (Katie) Schoen, CFA, CAIA is responsible for providing portfolio investment strategies along with comments on individual equity and Exchange Traded Product (ETP) positions to Baird's financial advisors. Katherine started with Baird in 2008 moving to her current senior analyst position in 2012. Prior to joining Baird, she interned as an equity analyst for Wells Capital Core Equity Fund. Katherine is currently a voting member of Baird's Equity Recommended Portfolio and supports the construction of the Baird Equity Idea List. She has also developed Baird's ETP research offerings as well as product strategy.
Katherine graduated cum laude from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree and participated in Marquette's Applied Investment Management Program. She holds the Series 7, 63, and 86/87 professional licenses, as well as both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designations. Outside of work Katherine is passionate about supporting the advancement of women and girls. She currently holds the position of Board Chair for Girls on the Run of Greater Milwaukee and holds leadership positions within Baird's Women's Associate Resource Group.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Charles J. (CJ) Batchelor, CFA is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer – Equity of Entasis Asset Management. CJ has 14 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to founding Entasis, CJ worked at Cleary Gull, a multi-billion dollar investment advisory firm, as Director of Investment Research. He also served as a member of Cleary Gull’s Investment Policy Committee, Investment Committee and Equity Strategy Group.
CJ holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has earned the right to use the CFA designation. CJ. is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Milwaukee, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.
E. Erik Gauger, CFA, CFP, CRPS, AIF, QKA has worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. Prior to starting e2 Retirement Consulting, he was a member of the DC Advisory Group with UBS, a retirement plan specialist with Strong Capital Management and regional director for The MHK Retirement Partners.
An Alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Erik earned his B.B.A. with a focus on finance and economics. He holds Series 6, 7, 24, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Planner™, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and Qualified 401(k) Administrator designations.
Erik is active in a number of professional and community organizations, including the CFA Society Milwaukee, the American Society of Pension Professionals, Ltd. In his spare time, Erik enjoys outdoor recreation and spending time with family and friends.
Ryan Hamilton works as a portfolio manager and research analyst at Morgan Dempsey. He also runs portfolio attribution and compiles portfolio data. Previously, Ryan was a Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, and trader with Voit & Hamilton, LLC. He joined Morgan Dempsey with over 10 years of experience in securities analysis, portfolio management, and trading. Ryan is a CFA Level II candidate, a former United States Marine, a combat veteran, and an Eagle Scout. He also has taught and tutored advanced financial topics at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Ryan's primary role at Morgan Dempsey is as an Analyst on the Small/Micro Cap Value team, and he is also a Portfolio Manager on the Small/Mid Cap and All Cap teams.
William (Bill) Harrison, CFA, CAIA, in an Investment Analyst for Lubar & Co., a family office focused on investing in middle market private companies. Bill joined Lubar in 2014. Prior to joining Lubar, Mr. Harrison was a Vice President with Grace Matthews, a middle market investment bank located in Milwaukee. At Grace Matthews, Mr. Harrison was actively involved in all stages of the merger and acquisition transaction process. Prior to Grace Matthews, Mr. Harrison was an Equity Research Associate with Robert W. Baird, providing fundamental research coverage, industry analysis and investment recommendations to institutional equity investors.
Mr. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Albion College in 2006. Bill holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation.
Christopher (Chris) Merker, Ph.D., CFA structures and manages portfolios for institutions and high net worth families. Prior to Baird, he was an investment principal at Saratoga Capital and Burlington Capital Markets/IncuLab in New York City, where he worked in venture capital and institutional sales and trading. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Chris is an MBA honors graduate from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. A CFA charterholder, he is member of the CFA Society Milwaukee, and serves as a board member and Vice President of the Friends of the Milwaukee Public Library and as a Thunderbird Alumni Ambassador. Chris is also an adjunct professor of finance at Marquette University, where he teaches in the Applied Investment Management (AIM) program, a CFA Affiliate Partner program.Eric Nohelty, CFA is a Senior Investment Analyst at Marshall Street Capital. He is responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment manager due diligence for the firm's diversified multi asset class investment portfolio. Prior to joining Marshall Street in 2016, Eric spent 6 years as a research analyst and consultant at Alpha Investment Consulting Group. Eric graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with degrees in Finance and Economics and received the CFA charter in 2014.
Agnes Vongkhamsay, CFA serves as an analyst on BMO Global Asset Management’s Manager Research team and is responsible for the evaluation, recommendation and monitoring of investment managers and strategies utilized within client accounts across BMO’s business lines. She leads on the coverage of domestic mid cap equity, tax-free bond, passive and exchange-traded fund strategies. Prior to starting her current role with BMO in 2011, she served as an intern for M&I. Agnes graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment and Banking in 2010. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014.
Outside of work, Agnes serves as a volunteer instructor for Make a Difference Wisconsin and supports various not-for-profit animal welfare organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys running with her dog.
Sara Walker, CFA
is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 30 years of experience constructing and managing investment portfolios for individuals, corporations and nonprofit organizations. She is a senior vice president at Associated Private and Institutional Client Services, which is the $8 billion money management arm of Associated Bank. Sara joined Associated in 1997 and is actively involved in the bank's economic analysis as well as investment portfolio management. She is the lead portfolio manager for Associated's Southeastern Region.
Sara is a member and past-president of the CFA Society Milwaukee. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside with a double major in finance and economics and earned her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Chaitanya Yaramada, CFA joined Robert W. Baird & Co. in 2009 and has seven years of investment experience. She joined Baird Investment Management (BIM) in 2014 and serves as a Research Analyst covering Information Technology-Software. She is also co-chair of Baird’s multi-cultural Associate Resource Group (Prism). Prior to joining BIM, she spent five years with Baird in the equity research department at Baird. Chaitanya has also served as a board member of Baird’s Women’s Associate Resource Group (WARG). She is currently a board member of Gift of Adoption, Wisconsin Chapter. She also has four years of professional experience as an IT Consultant and Business Analyst. Chaitanya received her MBA with Honors from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) with Honors from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2013.
