Jacob Rice is an Investment Associate on the Asset Management team at Abbot Downing. Abbot Downing is a Wells Fargo business that serves the financial needs of ultra-high-net-worth multigenerational families, family offices, foundations, and endowments. Jacob is responsible for analyzing portfolio holdings and allocation exposures for existing and prospective clients and preparing tailored recommendations based client needs, market conditions, and investment strategy. He also supports client management responsibilities including portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation, and investment policy and quality assurance issues.
Prior to Abbot Downing, Jacob worked in the Alternative Investments group at Ameriprise Financial. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton College and is a CFA Charterholder.
Chris Young is a Sr. Investment Manager at Wells Fargo Wealth Management. At Wells Fargo, he works with clients to identify investment objectives and develops client centric strategies and portfolios to achieve investment goals. Before joining Wells Fargo, Chris was an investment manager at U.S. Bank Wealth Management. Prior to that, he spent several years as a portfolio manager and research analyst for AIG Investments in New York City. Chris has been working in the financial services industry for 12 years.
Chris received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BBA from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota.
