Title

Imposter Syndrome – And What To Do About It

Event Description

Do you ever hear a little voice in your head saying, "You're not ready. It's already been done. What will everyone think? Are you really good enough to do this?" If any of these sound familiar, then you have been impacted by imposter syndrome. These fraudy thoughts influence how we show up in our career, from pursuing a promotion or changing jobs to speaking up in meetings and sharing new ideas. The good news is you can do something about it!

In this interactive session we will discuss:

  • How imposter syndrome impacts us
  • Why we experience it
  • Practical tools to recover fast when doubt and imposter syndrome strike
