Echo Huang, CFA, CFP®, CPA
Founder & President, Echo Wealth Management

Echo Huang, CFA, CFP®, CPA is a wealth manager with a remarkable life story and a passion for finance. She uses her experiences (as an immigrant from China and as an entrepreneur) to inspire more people to make smart, informed decisions that will help them achieve their dreams.
“At age 20, I left my little corner of the world and flew across the broadest ocean in the world with just $800 in my pocket.”

After working as Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG for almost four years, she realized she enjoyed personal financial planning a lot more than preparing tax returns. As a result, she decisively changed her career path from that of a tax CPA to becoming a financial advisor in 2000.

She founded Echo Wealth Management as woman-owned business in 2015 after gaining extensive experience in personal financial planning at firms both large and small in Minnesota for about 15 years.  She and her team manages about $100 million for 66 clients mostly executives and entrepreneurs across the country.  As members of an independent boutique wealth management firm, Echo and her team use their tailored expertise and experience to provide in-depth planning and customized investment management services for individuals and families, particularly corporate executives with stock options and restricted stock awards, empowering them to pursue their passions and dreams.
She lives in Plymouth, MN with her husband Dan Brown, their daughter Nina and their petite goldendoodle Luna.  In her spare time, she competes in competitive ballroom dancing at the Pro-am International Latin Silver Level.  She also enjoys travel with her family, piano, yoga and reading.
