In cooperation with Fair Impact, members of CFA Society VBA Netherlands are invited to attend:
Smart Sustainable Cities as investment theme: Integrating SDG 11 into the investment process
Urban plans balance climate change
solutions and the well-being of residents.
A number of fundamental trends
influence today's cities: growing urbanization, aging of the current
infrastructure, housing shortage, scarcity of resources and environmental
awareness. That is why urban communities need to become more sustainable and to
make more efficient use of resources, assets and infrastructure. This shift is
creating significant challenges for city councils – while also opening up new
investment opportunities that make positive contributions to UN Sustainable
Development Goal 11.
Join us for an invite-only event,
tailored to institutional investors, corporates and bank representatives, where
we will explore these emerging themes and engage in a lively, moderated debate
around the challenges, opportunities and impacts of transforming cities into
sustainable smart cities within our resource-constrained and rapidly growing
world. Green city solutions, lightning solutions, sustainable building, digital
assistance for holistic design and more will be discussed. We will explore the
possibilities to integrate SDG11 in the investment process.
