RBA: Executive Director
Anne-Marie Munnik joined the former VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2013 as executive director. In this role she was responsible for the staffed office, preparation and implementation of strategy, developing and coordination educational activities, developing and implementing public relations and affairs policy and activities and external communications. Before joining the VBA Anne-Marie was head of Investment Research between 2006-2013 at MN. Prior she worked as an investment strategist and analyst at several investment firms in the Netherlands.
Anne-Marie holds a master degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam as well as the RBA designation.
Anton Reijinga, RBA: Staffed Office Executive
Anton Reijinga joined the staffed office of CFA Society VBA Netherlands in February 2019 as executive responsible for communications and marketing, after being a member for more than 10 years. Anton worked in sales, trading and research at various investment brokers and market makers in Amsterdam, off as well as on the exchange floor. Furthermore, he has over 15 years of writing and editing experience as a financial journalist and managing editor, among others at Dow Jones, Het Financieele Dagblad and De Telegraaf.
Anton holds a master degree in International Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam and RBA designation from the VU Postgraduate School.
Terri Thompson, MBA: Staffed Office Executive
Terri Thompson, MBA, joined CFA Society Netherlands in 2011 to assist the board of the society with implementing strategic initiatives, establishing a staffed office and organising events. Previously Terri performed similar activities for the European Leadership Platform in Amsterdam. Terri started her career working for Citicorp/Citibank in Zurich, London and throughout Europe. After receiving her MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management worked for ING Bank in their Corporate Development department in both Amsterdam and Singapore.
Irma Willemsen: Staffed Office Executive
Irma Willemsen joined the former VBA beleggingsprofessionals in 2003 as secretary general. In this role she was responsible for carrying out the financial administration, keeping the membership records, organizing meetings and seminars, and taking care of publications and maintaining the website of the VBA. She also takes minutes at a.o. the board meetings, the meetings of the editorial board of the VBA Journal, and the curatorium for continuing education.
Before joining the VBA Irma was office manager between 1986-2002 at FDA, a financial research agency. Prior she worked as marketing assistant at Digital Equipment.
Heleen de Vlaam: Staffed Office Executive
Heleen de Vlaam studied Communications Science and International Relations at the University of Amsterdam. She worked as a telecommunications researcher at the Technologie Policy Management departement of the Delft University of Technologie. She was a senior consultant at the strategic telecommunications consultancy firm Doornhein en de Vries and worked a.o. for the Dutch telecommunications supervisor OPTA. Heleen started in January at the bureau of CFA Society VBA Netherlands on a project-basis.
