In this webinar, career and executive coach Bryn Panee Burkhart will present tips and strategies for having productive conversations around salary and compensation at various stages of your career. Among other things, the webinar will provide insights into essential preparations for negotiating compensation such as conducting a basic market evaluation, getting useful comparable data, and thinking like a recruiter.

Bryn Panee Burkhart, is the senior associate director of Alumni Career Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. There, she provides career guidance and coaching to MIT Sloan graduates related to job search strategy, positioning on resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn, intelligent networking, interviewing and salary negotiation.

Bryn holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Ed.M. in Higher Education from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
