SHARI FREIDENRICH, CPA
ORANGE COUNTY TREASURER
Ms. Freidenrich was elected as Orange County’s Treasurer in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the County’s $9 billion investment pool. Prior to her work with the County of Orange, Ms. Freidenrich was the Elected City Treasurer for the City of Huntington Beach from 1996 to 2010.
Ms. Freidenrich also serves as a trustee for the $15 billion Orange County Employees Retirement System.

As Chief Investment Officer, Ms. Murphy currently oversees the $15 billion investment programs of the Orange County Employees Retirement System. Ms. Murphy joined OCERS in 2017 after many years as CIO of a non-profit US health system. Ms. Murphy has a background in fixed income asset management, trading and business development with several large asset management firms, as well as a boutique investment firm that she co-founded to serve the bespoke needs of institutional fixed income investors.

Ms. Hale has been a Senior Manager with the Altus Group since 2010 responsible for appraisal and consulting on various types of investment real estate throughout the continental U.S. Prior to joining the Altus Group, Ms. Hale was the Manager of Real Estate Business Advisory Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2004-2010. Ms. Hale also worked with KBS RealtyAdvisors and CB Richard Ellis.

Mayor Campbell oversaw Orange County, particularly, the cities of Yorba Linda, Placentia, Brea and La Habra, for our local State Assembly Member, where she coordinated special events for over 500,000 constituents including Child Safety Fairs, Small Business Boost Seminars, Senior Health Fairs, and more. Prior to serving on the City Council, Mayor Campbell was appointed unanimously to Yorba Linda’s Parks and Recreation Commission in 2015 and was immediately elected as Chair Pro Tem. She served as Chairwoman of the Commission where she prioritized revitalizing our parks and ensuring the safety of children in City parks. She also served on Yorba Linda’s Sports Advisory Committee and Yorba Linda Public Library’s One Book, One City Committee.
