Timothy Davidson, CFA
Tim joined HighMark in 2008. As an Equity Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst, Tim actively manages HighMark's equity portfolios. Tim leads the Core Value strategy, a long-only equity portfolio with an emphasis on attractively valued companies. He specializes in Healthcare and Finance for HighMark's central research team which manages many strategies including value, growth, core, and dividends. Tim began his career in 2002 working as a Senior Associate and Credit Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein and TIB the Independent BankersBank. Prior to joining HighMark, Tim worked in the equity research department of Nuveen Investments. He holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's in Business from Abilene Christian University. In addition, Tim is a CFA charterholder and is an active member of the CFA Societies of Los Angeles and Orange County.
