Kelli Wingo serves as the Founder/Chief Vision and Strategy Officer of KMW Catalyst LLC. KMW Catalyst is a leadership development company dedicated to transforming the business experience into the human experience through entrepreneurship culture, employee experience, vision, and strategy.

She is also the Founder/Chief Orator of Spiryt In Motion LLC, an oratory movement dedicated to dismantling the oppression of limiting beliefs one talk at a time.

Prior to entering into her entrepreneurial ventures full-time, she spent 25 years in the financial services industry at Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
