Eleanor Hope-Bell
Eleanor Hope-Bell is co-founder of her strategy consulting firm, Airo Pacific Partners. She started her career in leveraged finance at Bankers Trust now Deutsche Bank. Most of her career she led and help build the intermediary businesses in the UK and parts of Europe for Blackrock and State Street's ETF businesses iShares and SPDR ETFs, respectively, as well as promote their cash management and alternatives platforms. She also currently supports the Brandes Center at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Rady School of Mangement as a Research Consultant exploring AI in finance, fees charged to pensions plans and many other noteworthy topics. She has her undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago and her master's degree in data science from UCSD's Jacobs School of Engineering. She earned her CFA charter and serves as board member for its San Diego chapter and She has been a long-standing member of Women in ETFs since its inception and is currently on the leadership team for its Southern California chapter.

Zach Pandl
Zach Pandl is Head of Research at Grayscale Investments, the world's largest crypto asset manager. Prior to joining Grayscale, Zach worked as a macroeconomist and markets strategist at a variety of Wall Street firms, including Goldman Sachs, Nomura Securities, and Lehman Brothers. Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University.
Ryan Rasmussen
Ryan Rasmussen is the Head of Research at Bitwise Asset Management. Prior to Bitwise, he held a variety of corporate finance roles at Cetera Financial Group, a network of independent broker-dealers with over 8,000 financial advisors and $300 billion in assets under administration. Before Cetera, Ryan was a business analyst at Oakley and spent time as a research associate at UK Trade & Investment in, Australia. He is a graduate of the Argyros School of Business & Economics at Chapman University, with a B.S. in finance and a secondary focus in graphic and web design.
