The CFA Institute Research Challenge
is an annual global competition that provides university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis. Students gain real-world experience as they assume the role of a research analyst and are tested on their ability to value a stock, write an initiation-of-coverage report, and present their recommendations.
The Kick-Off Luncheon is a great way to learn more about the Challenge by providing the following information:
- Background on the Research Challenge and its global reach;
- Guidance on the Challenge procedures and regulations;
- Tips for writing an effective research paper;
- An investor relations presentation by a representative from the Subject Company.
The Luncheon will begin promptly at 12:00 PM and will end at 1:30 PM. There is ample parking at the Tower Bridge complex.
Registration for this event is free of charge. You can register up to five guests when registering.
Thank you to Hirtle Callaghan & Co. for hosting the Kick-Off Luncheon.
Hirtle Callaghan was founded in 1988, by Jonathan J. Hirtle and Donald E. Callaghan, to serve solely as an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) and investment department to family groups and institutions that choose not to develop and pay for a world-class internal investment department. Today, the firm manages over $20 billion of legacy assets evenly divided between family and institutional clients.
