CFA Society Philadelphia and its Women's Leadership Initiative are pleased to host their second day-long event focused on diversity and inclusion within the financial services industry. This conference will feature panel discussions and expert speakers from leading organizations both in the region, nationally and globally.

The conference, which sold out in 2019, will address many of
the pressing issues facing diverse groups in financial services with a discussions of solutions on improving diversity. Topics will include enhancing diversity within the industry, at the organizational level, and specific to an individual's career. Both women and men are encouraged to attend!

We are pleased to announce the confirmed key note speakers for the conference:

Noreen Beaman
CEO and Founder
Brinker Capital

As one of Brinker Capital's founding partners, Noreen has been dedicated to helping financial advisors and their clients build bet ter outcomes for over 30 years. During this time,  she's held a variety of roles within the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and a variety of regional and national sales positions, such as new business development and client service in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Brinker Capital, Noreen was a Treasurer at Mutual Benefit Capital Companies, a subsidiary of Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company. She also worked at Ernst and Young.

Maura Cunningham
CEO and Founder

Maura is helping girls view math- focused fields of study as compatible with a career that has a positive impact on the world. RTSWS sparks girls' enthusiasm for finance at a critical age and makes them aware of the societal benefits personal financial knowledge and math-oriented careers can have.
 
Since the organization's inception in 2013, more than 1,750 girls across 17 U.S. cities have graduated from the year-long program. Maura's passion is driven by her personal experience, being one of the few women in the room during her days on Wall Street.
 
Before dedicating herself full-time to RTSWS, Maura spent 25 years in financial services, working in Capital Markets, Real Estate Syndication, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and financial planning.  
 
Shawn K. Lytle
Global Head of Macquarie Investment Management (MIM)
US Country Head of Macquarie Group
President, Delaware Funds® by Macquarie
 
Shawn is responsible for leading all aspects of the MIM business, which includes oversight of the firm's multiboutique investment teams; client and distribution areas; more than 900 employees globally; and $US250 billion of assets under management. Prior to taking on this role, he was deputy global head of MIM, responsible for leading the Americas business.  
 
Lytle serves as president of Delaware Funds by Macquarie. In addition, he is US country head for Macquarie Group, which involves chairing the region's US Management Committee and also representing the US on Macquarie Group's Management Committee.  
 
Prior to joining Macquarie in June 2015 as president of Delaware Investments, he held several management roles at UBS Asset Management where he worked for 13 years. He was regional head of the Americas for five years.  Before that, Lytle worked in London in various investment roles within UBS Asset Management's equity group, including deputy global head of equities.
