Most advisors and institutions struggle to know where to begin when a client expresses interest in impact investing. With growing client demand for impact investing opportunities beyond ESG, and a plethora of market rate impact investing opportunities available, there is a huge opportunity to delight clients with market rate impact portfolios. Curious on how to do this?

Join us for a conversation with a panel of investors currently involved in impact to understand how you can begin to construct an impact-oriented portfolio.

·         How does an investor develop an Impact Investment Strategy? – Our panel will give real world examples of how investors developed their strategy. We’ll discuss how to manage risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and impact priorities all while maintaining a target portfolio rate of return.

·         How does an investor implement an Impact Strategy? We’ll cover everything from portfolio sourcing, diligence, implementation, ongoing monitoring and reporting – both financial and impact. We’ll give real world examples as to how opportunities were identified, diligenced, and the financial + impact outcomes.

·         Q + A

Discussion will be hosted by Jesse Simmons, CapShift’s Managing Director of Research and Advisory and a panel of experienced impact investors.
