Our October luncheon will take place on MONDAY, October 13th. Please join us as author Vitaliy N. Katsenelson, CFA presents "Active Value Investing: Making Money in Range-Bound Markets." This is a CE credit event (non-member cost = $25).
Mr. Katsenelson will discuss that while bookshelves are groaning under the weight of titles written on investment strategy in bull markets, there is little guidance on how to invest in range bound markets. Market pundits predict whether the stock market will go up or down but the reality is that it goes nowhere more than 50% of the time. One of the most significant challenges facing today's active investor is how to make money during those times when markets are going nowhere. Mr. Katsenelson makes a convincing case for range-bound market conditions and offers attendees a practical strategy for proactive investing that improves profits.
