Please join the CFA Society San Antonio for lunch on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Matamoros Restaurante Y Cantina. Jeff Pantages will be presenting, "The Investment Wisdom of John Maynard Keynes".
John Maynard Keynes is probably one the most famous economists in history and is a polarizing figure among economists and the general public. He was also a great investor who left a personal portfolio of $25 million in today's dollars. The presentation explores his life, changes in his investment philosophy, his 25 year performance as portfolio manager on the Cambridge University Endowment and the famous Chapter 12 of the General Theory that planted the seed for research into "behavioral finance and economics".
