CFA Society Singapore welcomes the opportunity to provide her views on the proposed amendments to Listing Rules and the 2011 Guide as outlined in the 5th January 2015 consultation paper on Sustainability Reporting: Comply or Explain.
We believe our position will be more clearly brought across if we first explain our overarching philosophy and views on certain sections before answering the specific questions in the consultation paper.
