Directions: Exit I-95 at Glades (Exit 45) / (Exit 75) from the Turnpike. Head EAST on Glades to10th/Broward Ave (the first and main entrance to FAU). Turn left into Campus on to Broward Ave/West University Drive. Continue through two traffic lights. The road will then curve right and become North University Drive. Make the first RIGHT, after the road curves, into the parking lots adjacent to the College of Business (Lot 7 & Lot 9).
Deborah Koplik, CFA joined the Comerica Asset Management Group as Senior Vice President and Florida Regional Investment Strategist in August, 2010, and assumed responsibility for Texas in December, 2012. She heads the team of investment strategists in Florida and Texas providing direction on portfolio structure and management. In addition, she is a member of the Investment Policy Committee and also the Product Working Group, contributing to the firm wide investment platform. Deborah has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last twenty years focusing on managing trusts and portfolios for high net worth individuals.Deborah’s experience includes ten years with US Trust Company as a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in their Palm Beach office. As a portfolio manager, she managed investment portfolios for individuals, trusts and endowments. Prior to U.S. Trust, she was a vice president and portfolio manager with Northern Trust in Naples and Venice. Deborah began her career as an equity options trader with Salomon Brothers, and subsequently worked for a Houston based institutional money manager as an equity analyst, derivatives strategist and portfolio manager of institutional mutual and pension funds.
Deborah is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of South Florida. Deborah’s educational qualifications include the University of Chicago – MBA (Finance), The London School of Economics – M.Sc(Econ), and University of Kent at Canterbury – BA (Hons).
