Charlie Bilello, CMT

Charlie Bilello is the Director of Research at Pension Partners, LLC, an investment advisor that manages mutual funds and separate accounts.  He is the co-author of four award-winning research papers on market anomalies and investing. Mr. Bilello is responsible for strategy development, investment research and communicating the firm’s investment themes and portfolio positioning to clients. Prior to joining Pension Partners, he was the Managing Member of Momentum Global Advisors and held positions as a Credit, Equity and Hedge Fund Analyst at billion dollar alternative investment firms.

Mr. Bilello holds a J.D. and M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University and a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University. He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and a Member of the Market Technicians Association. Mr. Bilello also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate.

Glenn Reynolds
CEO and Co-Founder

Glenn Reynolds is the CEO and Co-Founder of CreditSights, a leading independent research provider to the debt and equity markets since 2000. CreditSights has over 115 employees with its main operations in New York, London, and Singapore. Prior to CreditSights, Reynolds served as a Managing Director of Global Credit Research at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche, he was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers (1986-1997) serving in such roles as Director of Global Credit Research and Chief Credit Officer. He has supervised analysts across New York, London, Frankfurt, Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New Delhi, and Singapore. On the buy side, he worked at Prudential Insurance on a range of high yield and high grade portfolios after previously working as a CPA for Deloitte. He has received Institutional Investor All America recognition across a range of categories including corporate strategy, autos, transportation, industrials, and energy and has testified before various Senate and House Committees and the SEC on topics such as Enron, the auto industry restructuring, and rating agency reform. Reynolds was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Hall of Fame in 2012. He graduated from Harvard College in 1980 with an AB in History and Economics and received an MS in Accounting from NYU in 1981.

Luciano Siracusano, III

Luciano Siracusano, III has served as our Executive Vice President—Chief Investment Strategist since March 2011. From October 2008 to May 2015, while serving as our Chief Investment Strategist, Mr. Siracusano also led our sales team as Director of Sales and Head of Sales. Prior to serving in those positions, Mr. Siracusano served as our Director of Research from 2001 until October 2008, and as a research analyst and editor of our various media publications from 1999 until 2001. Mr. Siracusano, together with Mr. Steinberg, was responsible for the creation and development of our fundamentally weighted index methodology. Prior to joining our Company in 1999, Mr. Siracusano was an Equity Analyst at Value Line, Inc., an investment research firm, from 1998 to 1999. Preceding his career in finance, Mr. Siracusano served as Special Assistant to HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros and as a Special Assistant to New York Governor Mario Cuomo. Mr. Siracusano received his B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.

Greg Valliere is the Chief Global Strategist at Horizon Investments. With over three decades of experience following Washington for investors, Greg brings a unique perspective to Horizon — analyzing policy and politics and their impact on the markets.
Greg specializes in coverage of the Federal Reserve, economic policy and — of course — politics. He is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and radio, CNN, Fox Business News and CBS radio. He is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Barrons and The New York Times​.


Vinny Catalano

Vinny Catalano, is president and global investment strategist with Blue Marble Research, a past president of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and author of the investment strategy book “Sectors and Styles” (Wiley, 2006). Vinny is also the managing member of Adriatic Capital Partners, a New York based advisory group focused on the investment opportunities arising in the Adriatic region of central Europe. Vinny appears regularly in the media (Bloomberg TV & Radio,, BNN TV, CNBC, New Delhi TV, CCTV - America), is frequently quoted in various professional publications (Wall Street Journal, Barron's​, Financial Times, Reuters), and is a guest speaker at various major forums. On-site registrations are accepted on an exception basis and are payable with credit card only. To cancel, please email to  with your name, email address and CFA Society South Florida member ID (same as CFA Institute ID for regular and affiliate members)  if applicable. 

Advance registrations that fail to attend or that fail to cancel prior to 48 hours before the event will be billed at the non-member walk-in rate quoted for the event. If the event is subsidized for both members and non-members, late cancellations and no-shows may be billed at the actual cost per attendee. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 48 hours before an event. Registrations cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to an event are not eligible for a refund.
