Directions to the ASLRITC Parking Garage:
  • From I-95, North or South, or Florida’s Turnpike, North or South:
  • Take I-595 exit, westbound.
  • Proceed on I-595 to University Drive.
  • Turn left and proceed southbound on University Drive to SW 30th Street.
  • Turn left onto SW 30th Street proceed East approximately ½ mile turn right onto Ray Ferrero, Jr. Boulevard. 
  • Make a right turn into the NSU campus onto Ray Ferrero, Jr. Boulevard and enter the parking garage using the east side entrance

Mari Adam, President and Founder of Adam Financial Associates, Inc. has been practicing as a Certified Financial Planner™ professional (CFP®) for over twenty-five years. She is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, and has been an active participant in the financial planning industry, serving as President and Director of the South Florida chapter of the Financial Planning Association from 1992-2001 and again from 2005 to present.
She has been a guest author, commentator and speaker for a wide range of corporations, professional groups and publications such as Business Week, MarketWatch, Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, Redbook, Newsweek, Bloomberg Wealth Manager, Money Magazine, Smart Money, the Miami Herald, the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, U.S. News & World Report, and the Baltimore Sun.
Before founding Adam Financial Associates, Inc., Mari managed trust and investment relationships with two major banks in South Florida and the Washington D.C. area. Prior to that, she served as Portfolio Administrator for a pioneering fee-only wealth management firm in Washington D.C.
She began her career with the United States Department of State, completing several overseas and domestic assignments focused on critical international public affairs issues.
She holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College in California, an MBA specializing in International Finance from George Washington University in Washington D.C., and continued her post-graduate studies in international relations at the Institute d ’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
She is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO and is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent in the state of Florida. Mari lives in Boca Raton and has two grown children and a beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback.
Her particular interest is helping women address their special financial and retirement needs. She frequently participates in pro bono activities designed to increase financial literacy among American consumers, and is the current Chair of the Advisory Board of the Berger Institute for Work, Family, and Children in Claremont, California.
Brodi Jackson is Co-Founder of Caerus Ventures.  Ms. Jackson has more nearly 20 years of private equity and alternative asset management experience.  She has been an equity and debt investor, managing a $3.5 billion private equity business and originating over $4 billion in loans.
Ms. Jackson is a member of the Caerus deal team.  She is responsible for valuations, transaction structuring and portfolio allocations.  Ms. Jackson is responsible for general management of Caerus Ventures and is a member of the investment committee.  Ms. Jackson built upon her extensive experience in principal investing to develop the capital allocation and investment philosophy of Fund I.  Ms. Jackson is a generalist within Caerus Ventures and covers all portfolio companies. 
Prior to Caerus Ventures, Ms. Jackson ran an asset management consulting firm focused on improving financial management for private equity managers including Brookfield Asset Management and Soros Private Funds Management.  Prior to starting her consulting business, Ms. Jackson had a successful career on Wall Street.  In 2006, Ms. Jackson helped start a new business unit within the Merchant Banking division of Goldman Sachs.  In just under three years, Ms. Jackson was integral in growing the business to $3.5 billion in assets under management.  Ms. Jackson also served in Goldman’s Investment Banking Division.   Ms. Jackson served as an Associate Director in UBS Warburg’s Real Estate Private Equity Group. Ms. Jackson started her career as a Senior Analyst at Arthur Andersen
Ms. Jackson received an MBA with honors from The Wharton School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a BS in accounting and finance and minor in computer science.
Lenore Reiner, Calvert Research and Management
Lenore Reiner is a vice president and responsible investment strategy specialist for Calvert Research and Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Vance Management specializing in responsible and sustainable investing across global markets. She is responsible for the suite of strategies focused on responsible investing, encompassing actively and passively managed U.S. and international equity strategies, fixed-income strategies and asset allocation funds. Lenore is responsible for client and internal communications and insights on investment strategy and portfolio positioning. She joined Calvert Research and Management in 2017.

Lenore began her career in the investment management industry in 2004. She has been affiliated with the Eaton Vance organization since 2017. Before joining Eaton Vance, she was director of national sales and marketing at Motley Fool Asset Management. Previously, she was a regional vice president with Calvert Investments and was affiliated with Investors Group Financial Services Inc. in Canada as a financial advisor.

Lenore earned a BES Honours, summa cum laude, from York University. She holds the CFP designation and FINRA Series 6,7,63 and 24 licenses.
Gabriela D. Santos is a Global Market Strategist on the J.P. Morgan Funds Global Market Insights Strategy Team. In this role, Gabriela is responsible for delivering timely market and economic insight to institutional and retail clients across the U.S. and Latin America. In addition, Gabriela conducts research on the global economy and capital markets and is responsible for the development of the flagship quarterly Guide to the Markets and other publications. Since joining the team, Gabriela has played an instrumental role in the expansion of the Market Insights program in Latin America. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2012, Gabriela worked at HSBC’s Private Bank for three years, stationed in Singapore, Switzerland and Mexico. In her role as a banker in Singapore, Gabriela provided strategic advice to High Net Worth European clients on managing their personal and family wealth. Previously, she was a trader on the structured products trading desk in Geneva, Switzerland and helped launch a credit platform in Mexico City, Mexico. Gabriela graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics, as well as French. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and French and proficient in Spanish.

Christina Worley, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CFA is the founder and managing member of Castle Wealth Management and the President of CFA Society South Florida.

Advance registrations that fail to attend or that fail to cancel prior to 48 hours before the event will be billed at the non-member walk-in rate quoted for the event. If the event is subsidized for both members and non-members, late cancellations and no-shows may be billed at the actual cost per attendee. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 48 hours before an event. Registrations cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to an event are not eligible for a refund.​​​
