CFA Society South Florida is bringing you a panel of human resources professionals and finance practitioners to discuss career development strategies. Our panel features some of the top ten employers of CFA charterholders in South Florida.

Location: Florida Atlantic University, Office Depot Executive Education Center, Room OD101. Boca Raton, FL

Check-in and Appetizers: 5:00 PM

Panel Discussion and Q&A: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM​

Parking: Park on the white striped section of lot #7, parking is complimentary with parking pass

Directions: Exit I-95 at Glades (Exit 45) / (Exit 75) from the Turnpike. Head EAST on Glades to10th/Broward Ave (the first and main entrance to FAU). Turn left into Campus on to Broward Ave/West University Drive. Continue through two traffic lights. The road will then curve right and become North University Drive. Make the first RIGHT, after the road curves, into the parking lots adjacent to the College of Business.

Ivanna Bertuzzelli, CIPM

Ivana Bertuzzelli, CIPM, is Vice President, Portfolio Analytics of Intech Investment Management LLC. Ms. Bertuzzelli joined Intech in April of 1994 from Prudential Asset Management Group, a subsidiary of Prudential Insurance Company, where she focused on profitability analysis reports for Guaranteed Investment Contracts.  At Intech, Ms. Bertuzzelli has been responsible for an array of different tasks including performance and composite calculation and reporting, portfolio accounting, client reporting, trading, compliance, marketing support, and personnel administrations and facilities management.  Today, Ms. Bertuzzelli is responsible for activities related to gathering, analyzing, reporting and maintaining investment performance and attribution information for Intech accounts and composites.

Active in professional and community affairs, Ms. Bertuzzelli has served as a member of the United States Investment Performance Committee (USIPC), is a board member of the Financial Council of a local church with a congregation of more than 8,000 parishioners, and the Big Heart Brigade serving meals in excess of 50,000 to the community. Enjoys volunteering time and talent to professional and not-for-profit organizations.  

Ms. Bertuzzelli holds a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Seton Hall University, graduating Magnum Cum Laude and has earned the right to use the Certificate of Investment Performance designation. She has 28 years of investment experience.

Lisa Bradley

Lisa Bradley joined PNC Bank as a Senior Corporate Recruiter in 2009.  In her current role as a Market Talent Scout, Lisa recruits experienced talent for PNC’s SEVEN Wealth Management offices in Florida and TWO in Atlanta.  The various roles she recruits for include Wealth Strategists, Relationship Strategists, Client Advisors, Investment Advisors, Banking Advisors, Fiduciary Advisors and Investment Advisors.
  
Ms. Bradley served twenty years in the United States Marine Corps.  She has served as an elected Board member of Wounded Warriors of South Florida, a local non-profit veteran’s support group now known as Wounded Veteran’s Relief Fund.  She is also a member of PNC Bank’s Military Employee Business Resources Group.  

Ms. Bradley holds a B.S. degree majoring in Human Resources and Personnel Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Park University.

Andrew Burkly is an Institutional Portfolio Manager, working closely with the Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts of the Templeton Global Equity Group (TGEG) in Fort Lauderdale.  In his role, Mr. Burkly is responsible for effectively communicating the TGEG investment philosophy, process and current strategy to clients, prospects, and intermediaries in the marketplace.

Mr. Burkly has over 15 years of professional experience in the investment industry where he has gained extensive knowledge of global capital markets, asset allocation and portfolio construction.  

Prior to joining the Templeton Global Equity Group, he was Head of Portfolio Strategy at Oppenheimer in New York City and responsible for providing macroeconomic, asset allocation and bespoke portfolio overlays to institutional and private clients.  Previous to Oppenheimer, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York City as Director of Research and Chief Investment Strategist.

Mr. Burkly holds an M.B.A in Finance from Texas A & M University, Mays Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics, from San Diego State University.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.  He is a Registered Supervisory Analyst, and holds Series 7, 16, and 87 licenses.

Ms. Trock joined Polen Capital Management in 2018. Prior to joining Polen Capital, Ms. Trock worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RBC Capital Markets based in New York and was responsible for the end-to-end talent cycle for the firm’s Global Fixed Income division. Prior to RBC Ms. Trock worked at Lehman Brothers with a primary focus on MBA Campus Recruiting. She received her B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Emory University (with high distinction) and her M.B.A from Columbia Business School (with honors.)

Advance registrations that fail to attend or that fail to cancel prior to 48 hours before the event will be billed at the non-member walk-in rate quoted for the event. If the event is subsidized for both members and non-members, late cancellations and no-shows may be billed at the actual cost per attendee. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 48 hours before an event. Registrations cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to an event are not eligible for a refund.​​
