Doug Kass is the president of Seabreeze Partners Management Inc. Until 1996, he was senior portfolio manager at Omega Advisors, a $6 billion investment partnership. Before that he was executive senior vice president and director of institutional equities of First Albany Corporation and JW Charles/CSG. He also was a General Partner of Glickenhaus & Co., and held various positions with Putnam Management and Kidder, Peabody. Kass received his bachelor's from Alfred University, and received a master's of business administration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1972. He co-authored "Citibank: The Ralph Nader Report" with Nader and the Center for the Study of Responsive Law and currently serves as a guest host on CNBC's "Squawk Box."

Bob Luck serves as the Director - Member & Society Liaison for the CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market Integrity. He works to develop communications and resources for members of the CFA Institute in the areas of professional standards, investment performance standards, and capital market policy.

Bob joined the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (ICFA) in 1982 and served as CFO and Treasurer for both the ICFA and the Financial Analyst Federation prior to their merger and the creation of AIMR in 1990. As VP of Curriculum and Examinations for 12 years, he was responsible for curriculum development, exam development, and exam grading. He has previous experience as a staff consultant with Arthur Anderson and in private industry.

Bob holds both a BS and an MS from the University of Virginia. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In a career spanning 25 years and several countries, Louise has developed a range of skills that give her a unique perspective on global credit strategy and ideally equip her for her role as CreditSights' Chief Strategist. Louise joined the firm in 2002. Previously she was a Director and Head of U.S. Credit Strategy at Deutsche Bank where she was responsible for the formulation of the bank's macro credit strategy and the marketing of this platform to a global client base. She joined in 1993 in Australia as a specialist in the area of inflation indexed fixed income securities, and then moved to the United States in 1995. After a three-year stint as a senior fixed income salesperson for global government fixed income product she moved into the corporate arena in 1998 specializing first in the newly developing European market and then assuming the mantle of U.S. Credit Strategist in 2000. Prior to joining Deutsche, Louise spent 10 years at Macquarie Bank in Australia where she gained exposure to a broad range of markets including foreign exchange, bullion and commodities, fixed income, derivatives and funds management. Louise received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 1999. She is a popular presenter on the institutional speaker circuit and has frequently authored articles for financial markets periodicals. Louise writes the "No Strings Attached" columns for Credit and U.S. Credit and the "Credit Conscience" column for Credit Wrap.

Mary Catherine Sinclair is an international economist at Strategas Research Partners. Sinclair has been with the firm since 2009, identifying macro trends in the global economy and creating econometric models to illuminate the key factors to watch. Her research focuses primarily on the U.S., Europe, China, and Japan. Sinclair authors a weekly report on the international economy as well as a monthly report characterizing the 14 economic sectors of the U.S. economy as Assets or Liabilities. Prior to joining Strategas, she worked on international productivity data at The Conference Board and commodity pricing data as part of the International Price Program at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. She received her B.A. in political science and economics from Goucher College.

Vinny appears regularly in the media (Bloomberg TV & Radio, foxbusiness.com, BNN TV, CNBC, New Delhi TV, CCTV - America), is frequently quoted in various professional publications (Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Financial Times, Reuters), and is a guest speaker at various major forums. Vinny also conducts timely topical and educational programs with many CFA Societies and other groups, including the highly acclaimed New York Society of Security Analysts "Market Forecast Series".
