Nicole Cervi is an economist for Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, she covers the U.S. macro economy with an emphasis on labor and inflation. Nicole regularly contributes to the group’s economic commentary and her perspectives have been shared on Bloomberg News, Reuters, National Public Radio, and Business Economics.
Nicole earned a B.S. in business administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.A. in economics from American University.
Jeff DeBlock
Managing Director

Jeff DeBlock is Managing Director for CBRE Investment Management's Private Infrastructure business focused exclusively on the infrastructure investment program. Jeff joined the firm in 2012 and brings with him over 15 years of diverse infrastructure experience with direct principal investment experience in North America, Europe, Australia, and South America.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
