George Ferguson, Bloomberg Intelligence’s senior Aerospace, Defense analyst will discuss the outlook for the industry. Supply chains are improving, which should improve build and delivery rates for the sector, though engine manufacturing will likely remain a challenge in the drive to higher rates. Defense priorities will return to near peer competition with a focus on emerging technologies like hypersonics as well as traditional power projection platforms such as aircraft and ships though near-term Ukraine’s defense slows gains on key priorities.
